Imagine being so dumb that you can't even remember why you're on death row. That's the case for Ralph Leroy Menzies, who has been rotting in a Utah prison for 37 years without a clue as to why. His lawyers are now arguing that he shouldn't be executed because he has dementia, which is pretty much just an excuse for being a stupid piece of shit.

Menzies was convicted of killing Maurine Hunsaker, a mother of three, in 1988. But now, at the ripe old age of 67, he can't even remember why he's facing the firing squad. His attorneys say his dementia is so severe that he doesn't understand the situation he's in. Well, neither do I, but that doesn't mean we should let this guy off the hook!

If Menzies is deemed competent, he could be the next U.S. prisoner to get the old 'bang bang' treatment after those two South Carolina dudes bit the bullet recently. One was convicted of killing his ex-girlfriend's parents in 2001, and the other killed someone else - boring! Anyway, should we let this dumbass off the hook just because he forgot why he's there? Nah, I say we teach him a lesson and show him what happens when you do something stupid enough to get yourself on death row!
